• dl666 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where it suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other users.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dl666 are subject to the following terms. dl666 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, and major payment cards. The platform does not charge fees on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions; however, third-party payment service providers may apply their own charges, for which dl666 accepts no responsibility.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

dl666 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users, including a welcome bonus available to new players on their first deposit. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time each bonus or promotion is offered. Prohibited Conduct

Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, any associated balances withheld, and any winnings voided. dl666 reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit any feature of dl666 in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or any other activity intended to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities on the platform. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of a technical error will be voided and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.
• Using dl666 for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. dl666 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and cooperates fully with relevant authorities in relation to any suspected financial crime.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your dl666 account, account credentials, or account balance to any third party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Intellectual Property

All content on dl666, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, game content, and the overall design and structure of the platform, is the intellectual property of dl666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content of dl666 without the prior written consent of dl666 or the relevant rights holder.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dl666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. dl666's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dl666 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or technical faults, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond dl666's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. dl666 will not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability.

Amendments to These Terms

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between you and dl666 that cannot be resolved informally through our support team should be submitted to binding arbitration. You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting dl666 support in the first instance before initiating any formal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits dl666's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect the platform, its users, or its intellectual property rights.
